Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms cover the planner apps from Dear Me Digital Studio that you buy in our Etsy shop, DearMeDigitalStudio, and use on this website. By using an app, you agree to them.
Your purchase
- An Etsy order unlocks the app or apps it includes, for your personal use, on up to the number of devices stated in the listing (usually 3).
- Your order number is your key. Keep it to yourself: anyone who has it could take up your device slots.
- Payments, cancellations and refunds go through Etsy and our shop policies. A refunded order loses access to the app.
- Free trials are for trying an app before you buy: one per device, for the number of days shown, saved on that device only. After it ends the app is read-only until you unlock it with an order.
Your content
What you write and add in the app is yours. You let us store it and copy it between your devices, which is how syncing works. Please don't add anything illegal or anything you don't have the right to use. We recommend exporting a backup now and then (Settings → Export backup).
Fair use
Please don't share or resell order numbers, try to get around the device limit, copy or resell the apps, or overload or attack the service. We may block an order that is misused this way.
The service
We work to keep the apps running and your data safe, and the apps keep working offline. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever have to shut the service down, we'll tell you in advance and give you a way to export your data.
No warranty
The apps are provided “as is”. We do our best, but we can't promise they will be free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, our liability for anything related to the apps is limited to the amount you paid for them.
Etsy
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Your purchase on Etsy is also covered by Etsy's own terms.
Privacy
What we store and why is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
